How do I reset my password?
Contact us at support@thequeueup.com with the email address on your account, and we'll help you reset it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings in the app, tap "Manage Subscription", and you'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel anytime.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@thequeueup.com and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data.
The QR code isn't working for my customers.
Make sure the QR code is printed clearly and at a reasonable size (at least 2 inches). Customers need a phone camera that supports QR scanning (most modern phones do). If the issue persists, try regenerating the QR code from the app.
Customers can't join the queue — "location" error.
QueueUp uses geofence verification to ensure customers are near your restaurant. Make sure your restaurant's address and coordinates are set correctly in Settings. You can also adjust the geofence radius or set it to 0 to disable location checks.
I need to manage multiple locations.
You can create multiple restaurants under one account. Use the restaurant switcher in the app to move between locations. Each location gets its own QR code, queue, and dashboard.
