1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using QueueUp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
QueueUp is a digital queue management platform that allows restaurant owners to manage walk-in queues and allows customers to join queues via QR code. The service includes a web application, mobile application, and API.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an owner account.
4. Free Trial
Each new restaurant location receives a 6-month free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using queue management features.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
- Use automated tools to join queues or create accounts in bulk
- Misrepresent your identity or restaurant information
7. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data you provide (restaurant information, queue data). We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
QueueUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
